The Springfield Area Arts Council is excited to announce the Fall and Winter 2024 lineup for “Friday Night Jazz & Blues,” a weekly concert series hosted at Boone’s in downtown Springfield. This series showcases the best of area jazz and blues talent, offering a perfect way to unwind and enjoy live music as the seasons change. The upcoming lineup features:

“Friday Night Jazz & Blues” is a revitalized version of the beloved “Uptown Friday Night” series, reborn in 2021 with its current name. This year-round program brings the best local jazz and blues bands to the stage every Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Boone’s, located at 301 West Edwards Street, Springfield, IL. The event is free to the public, accessible, and family friendly. Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the evening.
In addition to the music, attendees can participate in a 50/50 raffle, with proceeds supporting the continuation of the concert series. Raffle tickets are cash-only, and winners—who take home half of the collected funds—are announced during intermission. You must be present to win.
Come out to Boone’s to experience incredible live music in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Mark your calendars and join us for a fantastic lineup this fall and winter!
